Privacy Policy
Last updated July 4, 2026
This policy describes what Relay collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. Relay is a tool that turns sales call transcripts into reviewed CRM updates for your team.
Information we collect
- Account information. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, and profile photo. We do not receive your password.
- Connected data. When your workspace connects Gong, Salesforce, or Slack, we process call transcripts, CRM records and schema, and send notifications you configure. Credentials are stored encrypted and used only to operate the service.
- Usage data. Standard server logs (IP address, timestamps, requests) used for security and reliability.
How we use it
Only to provide the service: reading calls, drafting proposed CRM field updates with supporting quotes, and applying the changes your team approves. Transcript excerpts are processed by our AI infrastructure subprocessors for this purpose. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your data to train models made available to other customers.
Storage and security
Data is encrypted in transit and stored in AWS (US regions). Access is limited to your workspace members and, for support and operations, a small number of authorized Relay personnel. Each customer workspace is isolated.
Retention and deletion
Workspace data is retained while your account is active. You can request export or deletion of your workspace at any time and we will complete it within 30 days.
Contact
